One store. One sheet. Every creator order placed in one run.
Built for the brand whose social team closes more collab deals than ops can place. Connect your Shopify store, sync the sheet you already keep, and the afternoon comes back. Free.
Where brands use it
The weekly creator batch
Social closes twenty to sixty deals a week. Ops used to spend Thursday afternoon in draft orders. Now the sheet is synced on Thursday morning and placed before lunch.
The launch drop
A new product goes to two hundred creators in one go. Two hundred orders, two hundred addresses, one run, one progress bar, a results list of anything that needs a second look.
Festive seeding
Diwali gifting to creators, partners and top customers, with different discounts and tags in the same batch so finance can separate them in a filter.
Paid collab plus product
The creator gets a fee and the product. The product order is placed at 100% off with a paid-collab tag, so reports never count it as a sale.
Why a single brand picks it
The multi-brand console is for agencies. Everything below is for you.
Real ₹0 orders, not off-system gifts
Inventory decrements, fulfilment sees the order, finance has a paper trail. Tags keep them out of revenue reports.
Your sheet, unchanged
Keep the Google Sheet your social team already runs. Creator, SKU, Phone, Address. Column names do not matter.
Indian addresses handled
Single-cell addresses become street, city, state, validated PIN and +91 phone. Broken ones are flagged and fixable.
Nothing lost, nothing doubled
A durable queue places each order exactly once. Close the tab, lose the connection, retry a failure: no duplicates.
Works on any store plan
Orders are created directly, not through draft completion, so trial and development stores work too.
Free for one brand
One store, unlimited orders, three seats, email support. Agencies with many brands are set up separately.
What the manual way costs a brand
Creating a creator order by hand in Shopify takes two to three minutes once you count finding the variant, typing the address, applying the discount and tagging it. Fifty orders a week is roughly two hours. Two hundred in a launch week is most of a day, done by the person who should be talking to couriers or planning the next drop.
Mistakes cost more than the minutes. A wrong variant ships the wrong product to someone about to review it publicly. A missed discount sends a creator an invoice. A mistyped PIN comes back as an RTO two weeks later. All three are ordinary outcomes of doing repetitive data entry by hand at volume, and all three disappear when the sheet is placed by a tool that matches, validates and records.

Questions brands ask
I am one brand with one store. Is this overkill?+
No. A single brand placing twenty barter orders a week is exactly who it is built for. Connect one store, sync one sheet, place one batch. The multi-brand console only matters if you run several stores.
Can my social team use it without touching Shopify?+
Yes. They keep their sheet as usual. Whoever owns order placement syncs it, reviews the matches and places the batch. Up to three seats are included, so social and ops can both be in the workspace.
Will creators receive Shopify's order emails?+
No. Orders are placed with notifications off so creators are not emailed a ₹0 invoice. You send tracking yourself, or use the courier's own notifications.
Can I use it for paid collaborations and gifting too, not just barter?+
Yes. Barter defaults to 100% off, but gifting and paid collaboration orders take any discount you set, and each batch or order can be tagged so finance can tell them apart.
